Product Overview

Our durian dog helmet is printed as one continuous piece on FDM machines, so the shell texture, the pointed ridges and the crown all come out with a consistent finish and no visible seams. The inside is hollow and lined with a 5 mm EVA strip, and a 20 mm nylon webbing strap with a quick-release buckle keeps the helmet steady when the dog shakes its head.

Because every helmet is printed to order, buyers can pick colour, size and even the shell pattern without paying for injection-moulding tooling. A stock run of 10 to 50 pieces is normally enough to test a market before scaling up.

Buyer Questions

Is it safe for the dog to wear? The helmet is a photo and event prop. It weighs under 220 g, sits on the crown with padding and should be worn for short sessions with supervision.

Can the strap be replaced? Yes, the webbing runs through printed slots and can be swapped for a longer strap without tools.

Will the colour fade outdoors? PLA is intended for indoor and occasional outdoor use. For long outdoor exposure we recommend the painted finish, which holds colour longer under UV.

Do you supply material documentation? A material safety data sheet for the filament is supplied with every bulk order on request.
